SUBSCRIPTION SERVICES

If you use a Daily FX site under a subscription, user names and passwords shall be issued for personal use only. Any other use (distributing user names and passwords to third parties) is grounds for immediate termination only. You have to pay your subscriptions charge monthly with no prorated refunds issued for early cancellations. If Cancelations happen, it shall take effect on the next monthly billing cycle.

LIMITATIONS ON INVESTMENT GUIDANCE AND PROFESSIONAL ADVICE

The FOREXMIC Sites are not responsible to provide legal, tax or well decorated investment advice. This is the case regardless of whether you reside or transact business with FOREXMIC in New York or elsewhere. Unless a dispute would be governed by an applicable adjudication clause, you irreversibly agree to submit to the jurisdiction of the federal courts or state courts located within New York anywhere in USA and hereby waive any objection to the convenience or propriety of venue therein.
